Cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental -10%, up to 35 days before the start of the rental -30%, up to 21 days -60%, up to 14 days -90% of the rental price.
There is 100% of the rental price as 14 days before the start of the rental. The cancellation must be made in writing, the decisive factor is the receipt of the delivery upon leaving. This is the rental price to be paid.
If the stay is terminated prematurely, the rental price must be paid in full.

Daily local producer market in St Pierre, you can go sailing, surfing, kite surfing, sunbathing or endless walking along the sandy beach. The Roman city of Narbonne is reached in 25 minutes. Within a radius of 50-60 km you can find Cathar castles, or the Cistercian monastery Fontfroide. The direct surroundings offers everything you want!
Holiday destination
Epic beaches with fine sand, rocks for climbing, pine forest for hiking, ancient castles close to Narbonne and Spain ... just very recommendable! Everything can be reached by a short distance walk what you need for a relaxing vacation trip.
There is everyday a local market close to the inner village; you can try all fresh fruits and local products, even for souvenir shopping there are many small sellers. Furthermore there are many delicious fish restaurants. It is a great Vine area as well!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in St Pierre. Die Lage ist sowohl zentrumsnah (30 Min nach Narbonne und nur 15 min zum nächstgrößeren Supermarkt) als auch nur wenige Gehminuten zum wunderschönen Strand. Ein Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, viele Cafés und Restaurants, Post und der tägliche Markt sind nur 5 Fußminuten um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und umgeben von herrlichem Grün. Auch Dank der Gastgeberin hat man sich gleich wohl gefühlt, viele Tipps an Aktivitäten bekommen und man konnte einen tollen Urlaub in einem kleinen aber schönen Urlaubsort genießen. Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man ausspannen möchte :)
