Situated in the tranquil part of the town, 60 m from the sandy beach and 10 minutes by walk from the centre of the town of Zadar.
In the area of 150 km from Zadar there are 3 National Parks: Kornati archipelago, Krka waterfalls, Plitvice lakes, 2 Nature Parks: Paklenica canyon, Vrana lake.
Zadar is 3000 years old town, abundant with historic monuments and Romanesque churches.

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung Fontana im ersten Stock verbracht und können sie nur weiterempfehlen.
Eine helle, freundliche Wohnung, die alles nötige für einen Urlaub zu bieten hat. Auf dem sonnigen und ruhigen Balkon lässt es sich entspannen. In wenigen Schritten erreicht man das Meer und diverse Strandabschnitte. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigeren Stadtteil von Zadar, von dem aber alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen ist. In circa 15-20 Minuten Fußweg entlang der Küstenpromenade erreicht man die Altstadt und in circa 5-10 Minuten die Busstation, hier fährt u.a. der Bus zum Flughafen ab und Supermärkte.
Der Kontakt mit Andrijana war freundlich und unkompliziert. Bei unserer Ankunft wartete sie bereits auf uns und zeigte uns die Wohnung und den kurzen Trampelpfad zum Strand.

The apartment has all basics that you need.Shops & Restaurants are all near by,like the beach. Just a minute to walk.There is nothing left to miss in our opinion.It is situated in a quiet & safe area.Tomo & Andrijana are really kind hosts,who are at any time there,if you have questions.
We were the first time in an apartment and enjoyed it!
