Apartment Gulic is situated in a private family house in Spadici which is a nice residential part of Porec directly attached to the tourism resort of Hotel Valamar Pinia and Horel Laguna Park. All of our guests have all the facilities they need at their disposal: restaurants, shops, cash machines, tennis courts, football courts, mini golf, etc. Porec is a tourism centre which was founded in the 1st century AC by Romans so it has a rich history which is proved by numerous monuments. Our guests have also many various possibilities to book organized excursions to Venice by boot and trips through the region of Istria by bus (to visit our landscape, different wine cellars, agrotourism centre), to PLitvice lakes, etc.

Wir hatten die Wohnung 2.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und das Bad und die Küche relativ neu. Es war alles wie auf den Bildern. Es ist fast alles fußläufig erreichbar. Auch hat die Wohnung für Ausflüge ins Landesinnere eine sehr gute Lage.
Der Kontakt mit Frau Gulic war problemlos.
Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung 1. Sehr schöne geräumige und saubere Wohnung mit tollem Balkon.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super.
Man kann von der Wohnung alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen (Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt)
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich sehr.
wen wieder ein Urlaub in Kroatien ansteht, wissen wir schon wo.
