Skvaranska is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Istria, near Labin and Rabac.
In Ravni (approx. 2 km) or Labin (approx. 12 km) there are shopping facilities. A multitude of leisure and excursion possibilities like Opatija, Rijeka, Island Cres, Pula, Porec Motovun and Rovinj are nearby, all reachable in about 45 minutes.
Very good restaurants with fish and meat specialities are in the vicinity.

Getting there
Arriving from Germany via Salzburg, Karawanken tunnel, Ljubljana, tunnel Ucka until Labin and then in the direction of Ravni. After passing Ravni it is only 1.500 metres.

Wir haben uns toll gefühlt in der Villa. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Die Verpflegung war super, Frau Bastianic hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Der Aussenbereich ist auch wunderschön, wir hatten sehr viel Spass und unsere Tochter natürlich auch. Liebe Frau Bastianic vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden Sie weiterempfehlen und auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Diese Haus ist wirklich ein Traumhaus. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt! Es ist ein liebevoll eingerichtet Haus und ist sauber und gepflegt! Unsere Kinder 13Jahre und 10Jahre waren von dem tollen Pool begeistert und wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen
