All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
Bed linen, hand towels, and bath towels are provided for you.
The holiday apartment was built with wood harvested from our own forest. A special ambiance and spacious rooms await you.

Our full-time farm is situated at 1,454 meters above sea level on the sunny side of the Ultimo Valley, making it an ideal starting point for hikes to quaint alpine pastures, idyllic mountain lakes, and scenic peaks.
The Ortlerhof is surrounded by lush meadows and forests.
Coming from Brenner, drive on the A22 motorway until you reach the Bolzano Sud exit. Continue on the Me-Bo expressway until the Merano Sud exit. Turn left and head towards Lana.
Coming from Reschen, drive to the Merano Sud exit, turn right and head towards Lana.
At the 2nd roundabout, take the 1st exit on the right towards Ultental. Follow the road for about 18 km.
50 m after the St. Walburg village sign, turn right towards the church. Follow the mountain road for about 5 km until you reach a small forest where you turn left at the "Ortlerhof" sign.
Follow the road for about 500 m.

Here are our cancellation policies for your holiday.
The Italian cancellation terms according to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
- Up to 3 months before arrival, you can cancel without any further fees.
- From 3 months up to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days from the booked travel price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel price.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the price for the booked but not used days.
- The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
