Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Die Vila ist noch viel schöner als es auf den Bildern rüber kommt. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, mit sogar separater Trinkwasserfilteranlage, Filter- und Kapselkaffeemaschine. Der Kühlschrank ist bei einer Belegung von 8 Personen etwas klein aber trotzdem machbar. Der Pool ist schön groß, so das sich ein paar Bahnen schwimmen lassen. Auch recht tief. Der vordere abgerundete Teil ist super als Kinderbecken geeignet. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, gepflegt und hat eine tolle Aussicht (Meer und Berge).In nur ca. 8 min ist man beim großen Lidl in Can Picafort. In Santa Margalida gibt es auch zwei kleine Supermärkte.
Der Eigentümer selbst hat uns die Vila übergeben und uns auch wieder verabschiedet und hat regelmäßig sich um die Poolregulierung gekümmert.

Wir waren 7Erw u 3 Kinder ( 8Monate, 2,5J und 4J )
Es war das schönste, erholsamste, spannendste, lustigste uvm Feriendomizil was wir in den letzten Jahren bewohnen durften....die Kinder hatten nie Langeweile u wir auch nicht. Der Garten ist so liebevoll gestaltet. Miguel, der Vermieter, ist eine Seele von Mensch mit einem sehr gutem Herzen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
