If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The most interesting places to visit are the three late Gothic and Baroque churches from the thirteenth century, the monastery of San Bartolomé or the chapel of Santa Magdalena, which is located on top of a small mountain, declared of cultural interest; it is also an excellent viewpoint of the whole island.

Holiday destination

The house is about 1 km away from Inca, a charming small city in the centre of the island where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, etc. In fact, the town centre, located only 2 km away, is where you will be able to to taste the traditional Majorcan cuisine in the so called "cellers", that is, traditional restaurants. The street market takes place on Thursday morning since 7 centuries ago. The nearest beach in Puerto de Alcudia is about 28 km away (a 20 minutes drive more or less).
