Holiday destination
Gruissan is located on the edge of the 'La Clape' nature reserve, and is surrounded by lagoons and beaches. Narbonne used to be the Capital of Roman Gaul, and Gruissan today is an attractive village with a good selection of restaurants, shops and leisure opportunities. Le Clos is ideal for a holidyay in the sun, be it by the pool or beach or for exploring the surrounding area.

Ruhig gelegenes, großes Haus. Leider ist der Pflegezustand beklagenswert: Teilweise sehr schmutzige Möbel, Lampen, Fußleisten, die an manchen Stellen schadhaft sind. Schwarzer Schimmel im Kleiderschrank SZ oben rechts. Im dazugehörigen Bad überall schwarzer Schimmel im Silikon. Zustand des Bades unten ähnlich, Wasser läuft schlecht ab. Im SZ oben rechts zerrissene Gardinen, total schmutzig. Dustabzugshaube mit Spinnweben bedeckt, die Carbonmatten noch nie ausgewechselt, keine Funktion. Spülmaschine innen noch nie gesäubert, Sieb ein biologisches Experiment...Am schlimmsten der Zustand der Bettdecke SZ oben: Blut-und Urinflecke überall. Beweisfotos an Hausverwaltung geschickt.
