Cancellation policy

COVID-19 Cancellation Policies For all those who have booked and cannot start their trip because of Covid, we grant a voucher (credit) for the amount already paid. This voucher can be applied to your next booking. This also applies to new bookings in case that a similar situation should arise again. Furthermore, we will pay attention to the greatest hygiene so that you can spend your vacation safely with us. In case of cancellation the security deposit amount will be returned to the customer. However, we will charge a percentage of the amount of the stay as follows: TIME CHARGE Up to 90 days before 5 % of the stay From 90 to 60 days before 20 % of the stay From 60 to 45 days before 50 % of the stay From 45 to 30 days before 75 % of the stay If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days notice or in case of no-show we will charge the total amount of the stay. Cancellations must be presented in written form (info@holiday-residence.net) and are valid only after confirmation by the Residence. In any case if you are going to cancel your trip you would have to pay an administrative fee of € 100. If you decide to depart earlier then what you booked, then we will still charge the full planned stay. we advise to book a travel cancellation insurance.

Comments

On request we rent our apartment over all the year. Usually we are closed from End of October to February. Orosei started to ask for a turist tax. It is 7 Euros at most for each Person older than 13 years.

Other recreational opportunities

Our sandy beaches are not crowded even in high season. In addition, the Golf of Orosei is one of cleanest and prettiest in Italy. Other leisure activities: trekking, cycling, climbing, quads, scuba diving, boat trips, excursions for those interested in archeology, canoeing, expeditions into the hinterland of the Island, wine tasting etc.

Holiday destination

Orosei is located along the Sardinian eastern coast on the homonymus Gulf and about an hour’s drive from Olbia. The residence is approximately 1 kilometer away from the main beach, which is 11 km long. Several pizzerias and restaurants, cafes, shops and boutiques can be reached on foot within a few minutes from the Residence, and make the stay pleasant for those who do not want to give up the pleasures of shopping.

Getting there

Orosei is about an hour’s drive from Olbia and is about 1 km away from the sandy beach, which is 8 km long. Arrival Options: Airline Companies (Airport Olbia in Sardinia): Airberlin - Easyjet - intersky - Helvetic Airways -TuIfly - Swiss - Meridiana Ferries: •Mobylines from Genoa and Livorno to Olbia •Corsica Sardegna from Livorno to Golfo Aranci, North of Olbia •Tirreniaferries (www.tirrenia.it) from Genoa to Olbia Car Rental of many different agencies at the airport How to arrive with the autobus: from june to septembre there are autobusses to the airport and the port of Olbia every two ours. The next stop is about 500 m from our Residence where we can get you. If you have no connection we will organise somebody that can pick you up.

Schöne und ausreichend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. In der Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte und Restaurants. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die auf Anfragen auch direkt antworten (da habe ich auf Sardinien auch andere Erfahrungen gemacht). Das Meer ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Eventuell könnte man über die Anschaffung von Sonnenschirmen o.Ä. nachdenken. Alles in Allem kann ich die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
