Cancellation policy
You can always withdraw from the lease prior to the rental period. The date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal at the lessor is decisive. In this case, we will try to rent the rental property elsewhere. If this does not happen, however, you have to pay a reasonable compensation (cancellation fees) according to the following list
From 10 weeks before the start of the rental 20% of the total rent
From 8 weeks before the start of the rental 40% of the total rent
From 6 weeks before arrival 60% of the total rent
From 4 weeks before start of rental 80% of the total rent
From 2 weeks before arrival 90% of the total rent
You are always entitled to proof that the lessor has suffered no or only minor damage.
For cancellations 10 weeks before arrival, a lump sum of 25EUR is due.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem gemütlichen Blockhaus. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und es fehlte uns an nichts. Für unseren Hund war insbesondere der kleine eingezäunte Garten ein Highlight.
Auch die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal für Ausflüge. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und werden sicher wieder einmal im Fuchsbau Urlaub buchen.
