Cancellation policy

You can find my complete terms and conditions on my homepage: http://www.o-solemio.de/agb/ Cancellation and rebooking Corvid-19 related cancellations during the pandemic Cancellation fees for holiday apartments and holiday homes: up to 31 days before the start of the trip: 50 euros cancellation fee. 30 days before the trip: 20% of the travel price. 29-15 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the travel price. 14 - 0 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 95% of the travel price is to be paid as a cancellation fee. We try to find a mutually acceptable solution. You can provide a replacement tenant. In any case, we will reduce the cancellation fee accordingly if a replacement booking can be made for the entire or part of the period. 1. If you cannot arrive because there is a travel warning for Sardinia, or you are not allowed to leave your state, you only pay the cancellation processing fee of 50 euros! This applies up to 1 month before booking. This travel ban must be publicly known. In this case, you will get the full payment back, minus the 50 euros! If you have to cancel 1 month to 14 days before the trip because you are not allowed to visit Sardinia or because you are not allowed to leave your state, you pay 20% of the booking amount plus the cancellation processing fee of 50 euros. If you start another trip to Sardinia by the end of 2021, or if you book again within the next 12 months after your cancellation, you will receive a credit of 30 euros. These cancellation conditions only apply during the Corvid-19 pandemic!

Other recreational opportunities

Porto Alabe is beautifully situated centrally for exploring the north of the island of Sardinia (Alghero 50km away) or in the south, to the rice grain beach Is Arrutas on the Sinis Peninsula or to Oristano (50km). Even the interior you can get to know from here on day trips! It's worth it, the scenery is beautiful!

Holiday destination

This beautiful apartment is in a perfect location to the beach, just above the large sandy beach of Porto Alabe, only a few steps from the beach! In the morning before breakfast swimming on the sea, which is fantastic! Right next door begins a plateau that offers over 30km of undeveloped nature, enjoy the peace and quiet and space. Here you can spend hours walking, swimming or snorkeling. In the small town of Porto Alabe there is pizza, restaurant, and cafe on the beach of Porto Alabe there in the summer driving cozy, here is never crowded, the place is very quiet and serene.

Getting there

You can arrive by plane Alghero (Fertilia), Olbia and Cagliari (Elmas), or by ferry from Porto Torres and Golfo di Aranci. On site you will be greeted by our German colleague, who speaks english too and is also available for questions during the leave available.

Hallo Frau Hering, unser Aufenthalt in Porto Alabe war wirklich toll. Ihr Apartment ist wunderschön und hat eine perfekte Einrichtung. Die Lage ist super. Unserer Tochter hat es ebenfalls gut gefallen, oben auf der Schlafebene ihr eigens Reich zu haben. Das Cena Sarda bei der Schäferfamilie war wieder ein Highlight. Wir waren ja schon das zweite Mal dort. Beide sind super nett und das Essen war natürlich ein Hochgenuss. Auch der Tipp mit dem Restaurant Sa Lumenera ist genial. Nochmals vielen Dank Fam. Merkens

Hallo Frau Hering, wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub auf Sardinien. Wir haben alles so angetroffen, wie Sie es uns auch beschrieben haben. Die Nähe zum Strand bei unserer Wohnung Aquamare war wirklich toll und die Aussicht von dort aus auch wunderschön. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles, was man braucht - sie ist sehr gemütlich! Dazu noch der kleine Lebensmittelladen gleich nebenan, auf der Piazza ein streetfood Lokal, außerdem leckere Pizza im Hotel mit Meerblick. Wir hatten wirklich alles. Wir haben tagelang das Auto stehenlassen und waren zu Fuß unterwegs, im Dorf und am herrlichen Strand. Das war wunderbar erholsam ! Vielen Dank nochmal für die gute Beratung, wir werden bestimmt zukünftig noch mal mit o-solemio nach Sardinien reisen. Schöne Grüße Daniela Steve
