The loft has a size of 70 sqm with one bedroom, one bathroom and a big open-plan kitchen with eating and dining area with fireplace. In a gallery there are 3 further beds with a wonderful view on the forest.
Enjoy the fantastic view to the forest and meadows from the large terrace. A property with brook, garden and meadows adjoins the house. No streets are crossing, so that your children can discover the nature safe.

The adjoining Elm offers numerous interesting and cultural destinations, ideal for sporty activities like jogging, mountainbiking, riding or hiking. In winter tobogganing directly in front of the loft.

Riding lessons or riding holidays can be booked in the riding school Castle Schliestedt.
The loft beautiful-living is located directly at the nature park Elm-Lappwald in Brunswick Land and therefore in the Geopark Harz - Brunswick Land - Ostfalen.
Discover numerous interesting and cultural sights, like e.g. the "Femo Erlebnispfade" (Femo discover paths) or the "Paläon" with its worlwide unique finding, the "Schöninger Speeren".
Further destinations nearby are the Harz, the Kaiserdom (emperer cathedral) Königslutter, the famous Herzog August library in Wolfenbüttel, the castle and the cathedral in Brunswick or the Auto City Wolfsburg (VW). Till Eulenspiegel welcomes you in Schöppenstedt.
A2 from Brunswick on A39, exit Sickte on Bundesstraße (A-road) L625 to Schöppenstedt. Then 3 kilometres (km) to Eitzum.
A2 from Helmstedt, take B1 in the direction of Königslutter and prior to that turn left in the direction of Räbke / Elm. From Räbke 6 km to Eitzum.
In Eitzum from main street bend to Dorfgemeinschaftshaus (community centre). Here is the Schulstraße (school street).
