Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation we will immediately seek an adequate new tenant. If no adequate new tenant is found for the canceled period, then the rental price by the tenant, or a refund by the landlord with already paid final payment is to be made as follows:
Replacement claim of the landlord in case of withdrawal:
- cancellation up to 2 months before arrival: full deposit (20%)
- Cancellation 2 months to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- Cancellation 14 days to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the rent
- Cancellation from 6th day before arrival: 100% of the rent.

Nearby excursions for families are e.g. the annual Karl May Festival in Segeberg, the Hansa Park Sierksdorf, the Kletterwald Lütjensee or the Wildpark Eekholt.
But also the nearby castle town Ahrensburg offers many good shopping possibilities.
Getting there
Arrival via the motorway A 1. Exit Bargteheide.
Direction Hammoor / Bargteheide (!) After approx. 300 m turn left into Ahrensburger Straße (K106).
After approx. 1.7 km turn left into the Martenshorsttwiete and after another approx. 1.3 km turn right into the Poehlswiese. Attention: after approx. 30 m turn right and follow the sand path Poehlswiese (dead end) to the end.

Einen so wunderbaren Ort, muss man erstmal finden.
Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit im Kontrast mit der Nähe zu Hamburg und Lübeck, macht es besonders reizvoll in dieses zauberhafte Haus zu tauchen.
Wie eine Zeitreise, liebevoll eingerichtet, fühlt man sich schon beim Betreten sehr wohl. In jedem Winkel dieses Schmuckstücks, macht man immer wieder neue Entdeckungen.

Waren im November 2024 nun zum 10. mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus.
Was sollen wir sagen? Es war wie immer wundervoll, ruhig, zauberhaft und erholsam.
