Cancellation policy
Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following amounts to cover costs.
Termination:
a.) up to 6 months before rental period: Euro 50.00 administrative charges
b.) up to 3 months before rental period: Euro 100.00 administrative charges
c.) up to 2 months before rental period: up to 50 % of rental price (minimum charge Euro 150.00)
d.) up to 1 month before rental period: up to 75 % of rental price (minimum charge Euro 150.00)
e.) otherwise (less than 1 month before rental period) up to 90 % of rental price (minimum charge Euro 150.00).
The lessor can thereafter let the property to someone else and will try to do so. Under the conditions of point c.) to e.) the payable amount will be reduced as far as cost for the lessor are reduced.

(2) The tenant can prove a lesser damage at any point.
(3) If the tenant terminates their stay early, they are still responsible to pay the full rental price.
(4) Termination is only accepted in writing. The date applicable is the day the document is received by the lessor (by registered mail or email with read receipt).

(5) If constituent parts of the agreed benefits are extensively modified by the lessor.

Drage, a locality on the coast, with view upon the islands of Kornats, one of the most beautiful regions at the Adriatic Sea. There are 147 islands and reef, lying close to each other. There are endless bathing bays with crystal clear water and places for boats, in a very natural, sparse, authentic landscape. This is a place that guarantees you a vacation with calmness and comfort. Places of interest, such as the 10 century old port city Biograd (11 km). A good starting point for making trips to the islands with romantic ports, colourful fruit markets and many entertainment possibilities for the evening. Or Zadar (37 km), the former capital of Dalmatia, with its historical center, surrounded by walls.

- großzügige Räumlichkeiten
- perfekte Ausstattung
- funktionierende Klimaanlage
- kompetente und freundliche Ansprechparterin ganz nah, fast jederzeit erreichbar
- wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer und die Kornateninseln von der Terasse
- angenehm ruhig
- trotz Hochsaison kein Gefühl von überlaufen am Meer, man findet immer ein Plätzchen auf den vielen Plateaus am Felsstrand oder in 3 Minuten am kleinen Feinkiesstrand
- schöne, vielfältige, einsame Umgebung
- im Hinterland Naturparks, Berge, viel Raum
- viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von 5-10 Autominuten, kleiner Laden und ein Bäcker mit den wichtigsten Sachen fussnah
- leckere und erstaunlich günstige Bars, Cafes und Pizzeria gleich am Strand

Wir haben eine traumhaft schöne Zeit im oberen Apartment verbracht und zu jeder Zeit den wunderbaren Ausblick von der Terrasse genossen. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts und der Service war perfekt. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum Meer und bis zu einer kleinen, aber netten Pizzeria. Wir kommen gern noch einmal wieder und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal. Sechs Sterne wären auch gern zu vergeben - eine echte Traum-Wohnung.
