Cancellation policy
Terms and conditions for reservations and cancellations
From the time of booking, in case of cancellation of the reservation by the tenant, will apply the following rules:
In case of cancellation 60 days before the stay, the tenant will be reimbursed up to 100% of the total amount of the deposit paid;
In case of cancellation from 60 to 30 days before the stay, the tenant must pay 30% of the total cost, inclusive of the deposit;
In case of cancellation from 30 to 15 days before the stay, the tenant must pay 50% of the total cost inclusive of the deposit;
In case of cancellation from 15 to 0 days before the stay, the tenant must pay 70% of the total cost inclusive of the deposit;
In case of no show (no notice of cancellation, and not presentation of the customer for the stay) will be charged to the tenant a percentage of 100% of the total cost.

The Poggio alla Cavalla is located in Lamporecchio (Pistoia) in the heart of Tuscany, near Florence, between Montecatini Terme and Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo.

By car:
With A1 motorway at the interchange Firenze Nord, follow the signs Pisa Nord and take exit Montecatini Terme.
After the toll, turn right towards Monsummano Terme - Fucecchio
At the traffic lights take direction Fucecchio, after about 0.5 km towards the road Via Cantarelle.
After about 2 km arrive at the stop and go left.
At the roundabout 1a - 2a - 3a - 4a - 5a and 6a straight ahead towards Fucecchio.
After about 4 km Tamoil petrol station turn left direction Cerbaia (SP 35).
After about 2 km, keep right in the street Via Poggio alla Cavalla arrival after about 800 m.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in dieser sehr schönen Anlage. Der Pool wurde von unseren Kindern intensiv genutzt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.
