Of course, we always try to rent the property to someone else - nevertheless: up to 35 days (5 weeks) before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price is payable. Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period, 75% of the rental price will be charged, and from 14 days before the start of the rental period, or if the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.

Here you can experience Holstein Switzerland at its best: various lakes invite you to go swimming, sailing or canoeing - in the immediate vicinity you will also find a wide range of cultural activities and the beaches of the Baltic Sea are not far away.
Getting there
From the train station "Bad Malente-Gremsmühlen". which is regularly served from Lübeck & Kiel, is only a few minutes away. And VILLA FRANCA is also not far from the metropolis of Hamburg: via the A1 to the Baltic Sea or the A7 via Neumünster, you can reach us in max. 90 minutes!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Weihnachts,-und Silvesterurlaub in dieser stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Villa. Das gemeinsame Kochen hat in der großzügigen Küche, mit viel Arbeitsfläche und guter Ausstattung sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Trotz eher schlechten Herbstwetters haben wir eine sehr schöne, erholsame Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Wir sind als Familie mit mehreren Kindern und Oma gereist, mussten trotz Ferien arbeiten und das ging alles wunderbar zusammen, da die Villa viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bietet, inklusive "Kinderetage" im 2.OG und sehr gut funktionierendem Internet. Selten waren wir auch in einem derart gut ausgestatteten und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Alles ist äußerst geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig gemütlich. Sehr gerne empfehlen wir die Villa Franca uneingeschränkt weiter.
