Cancellation policy
1. If an apartment or holiday home is requested and confirmed or made available for short term bookings, an accommodation contract enters into force. A legally binding conclusion of a contract exists for verbal, particularly telephone bookings, provided one wasn't expressly stipulated in writing.
2. The conclusion of the accommodation contract obliges both contracting parties to fulfil the contract, equally, for the agreed upon duration of the contract. The owner of the lodging establishment is obligated to provide the booked accommodation for the arranged period of time. The guest must pay the accommodation price as provided in the contract.
3. A unilateral, no-charge withdrawal from a binding booking on the part of the guest is expressly excluded if he cannot use the booked accommodation for reasons that lie in his sphere of risk (exception: force majeure).
4. If the guest still withdraws from the contract, he is obligated, regardless of timing and the reason for the withdrawal, to pay the agreed upon or customary price. The owner of the lodging establishment must, however, take into account expenditures saved. The value of the expenditures saved by renting an apartment or a holiday home will be appropriately acknowledged by the jurisdiction with a blanket 10% of the accommodation price.
5. The owner of the lodging establishment is held in good faith to otherwise rent an unclaimed accommodation and shall deduct the savings from the enforced cancellation fee.
6. The guest reserves the right to prove no or minor damages were incurred by the lodging establishment.
7. The owner of the lodging establishment is obliged to pay damages to the guest for non-supply of the booked accommodation to the guest (for ex. due to overbooking). Only in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, is the owner free from liability.

Experience the magnificent North Frisian nature under the "Nolde Himmel" ("Nolde sky"). Go swimming in the North Sea. Go on hiking tours in the Wadden Sea world heritage site. Take a canoe ride on the canal that runs right by the accommodation. There is a lake 2 km away that you can hike around. Enjoy the quiet surroundings of the holiday home on walks and cycling tours. Visit the Dagebüll from the North Frisian islands of Sylt Föhr and Amrum, or many other offerings.
Getting there
From Hamburg on the A7 toward >> Flensburg. Exit the A7 via the last exit before the Danish border. Then turn right onto the federal road 199. Continue through the towns of Handewitt/ Unaften/ Schafflund/ Stadum, until you reach Leck. Turn left at the first intersection after entering the town (signposted to "Autozug Sylt"). Continue to the next intersection in Stedesand. Turn right there toward Risum-Lindholm / Niebüll. You will then be on the federal road 5 and drive until Risum-Lindholm. Right after the town entry sign there will be a "McDonald's" and a large ARAL petrol station on the left. Turn left at the traffic light crossing and then stay on the main road until you have reached Waygaard.

Liebe Familie Neumann,
wir möchten uns hier noch einmal ganz herzlich bei Ihnen bedanken, dass wir in Ihrem Ferienhaus sooo eine schöne Zeit verbringen durften!! Es war einfach herrlich!! Vor allem der Garten hat so dazu eingeladen, mehr Zeit dort zu verbringen als im Haus ;-)
Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt bei Ihnen! Vielen vielen Dank dafür! Und wir werden ganz bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen!! Auch unser Sohn war von Anfang an begeistert (und das soll schon was heißen bei einem 14jährigen ;-) ...)

wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei Ihnen. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön und tipp topp gepflegt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll mit vielen schönen Accessoires dekoriert. Die Nähe zu Dänemark (Legoland Billund) und den Inseln Sylt, Föhr und Amrum bietet Familien tolle Ausflugsziele.
