The park is very spacious with numerous playgrounds scattered between the houses. There's also a small indoor pool and a sports hall with an attached restaurant.
A bicycle path to Cadzand takes you through the dunes, with a view of the sea on the right and a newly created nature reserve on the left: Waterdunen is now also open for walks, as in "Zwarten Polder" (Nieuwvliet) or in "Zwin" (Cadzand), or you can have fun searching for shark teeth near the radar tower.

Wir (4 Erw. und 1 Kind) haben hier ein perfektes langes Wochenende verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderbar groß. Großer Küchen-/Ess-/Wohnbereich. Es fehlt einem an Nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine große Couch und 2 super bequeme Sessel laden zum verweilen ein. Ein paar Spiele sind ebenso vorhanden :) Der schöne, große Garten mit Gartentisch und Stühlen, abschließbarem Gartenhaus (super praktisch für die Fahrräder) und Kletterhaus, hat uns wirklich spaß gemacht. Unschlagbar auch, dass man die 2 zum Hause gehörenden Fahrräder nutzen darf.
Der Park in dem das Haus steht ist sehr ruhig, sauber, hübsch und hat viele Spielmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist in wenigen Min. fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch der Supermarkt ist mit dem Fahrrad nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
