Cancellation policy
Upon reservation, a deposit of 200 euros is required, which will be retained as a cancellation fee in case of cancellation.
If cancelled up to 2 months before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
If cancelled less than 2 months before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Holiday destination
Nestled between forest, orchards, and vineyard terraces, our apartment house towers over Riffian.
Directly from the house, hiking trails lead past, especially the popular Waalweg to the pilgrimage church in Riffian or to the village of Tirol.
They are connected to the Meraner Waalrunde.
Likewise, one can also climb to higher altitudes.
Getting there
Brenner-Bozen-Meran South exit towards Passeier-Jaufenpass or Timmelsjoch, turn off for the village of Kuens.

We can only be reached via the village of Kuens.
