Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel the rental contract, please do so over the phone, then inform the lessor by written cancellation. The date on which the lessor receives the cancellation notice shall be decisive. In case of cancellations, the following fees apply:
Flat fee: €50.00;
up to 35 days prior to arrival: 20% of the rental price;
up to 21 days prior to arrival: 40% of the rental price;
from 20 days prior to arrival: 70% of the rental price.

The fishing and port city Sassnitz is also called the "white city by the sea". The 13-kilometre chalk cliff begins at the city's edge and continues up to the "Königsstuhl"
Holiday destination
The historic maritime building, built in 1894, is fantastically located on the high bank of the chalk cliffs near the Stubbenkammer and invites you to stay awhile.
The former Sassnitz pilot station can be found on Rügen's Jasmund peninsula, which is known for its fantastical white, shining chalk coast, and as Germany's smallest national park in terms of area. The national park, which you can enter about 600m from the apartment, was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2011.
Getting there
Sassnitz travel route by car: Take the A20 and the exit Stralsund, continue on the B96 and follow the signposting to the isle of Rügen / Sassnitz.
By train: Sassnitz has a train station that is only 500m away.
By plane: The nearest airports are in Güttin (approx. 30 km) and Rostock-Laage (approx. 160 km).

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit sagenhaftem Blick auf den Hafen von Sassnitz. Sehr nette Vermieter und auch der Verwalter war superfreundlich.

Die Ferienwohnung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden was man so im Alltag braucht.
Wir wurden mit 1Flasche Sekt begrüßt und konnten diese auf dem Balkon bei einem bezauberndem Blick auf dem Hafen genießen. Herzlichen Dank dafür!
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und außerordentlich sauber, aber wirklich so sauber dass ich mich sofort wohl fühlen konnte. Ein richtig großes Lob an das Team der Reinigung, ihr macht großartige Arbeit !!!
Ohne ordentliche Reinigung kann eine noch so moderne Wohnung nicht zum wohlfühlen beitragen. Sowas sauberes haben wir noch nicht erlebt! Herzlichen Dank!!!!
