Cancellation policy
However if you fail to CANCEL your guaranteed RESERVATION, and we cannot rerent the apartment, the following conditions apply:
if you cancel less than 14 days in advance: 30% of the total amount,
if you cancel less than 08 days before arrival: date 50% of the total amount
if you cancel up to 2 days before arrival: date 80% of the whole amount.
Cancellation 1 day before arrival, on the check-in day itself, or if you depart before the agreed depature date, the whole rental amount is due.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, mitten im Grünen...
... nahe des Lainzer Tiergartens. Hervorragende Verkehrsanbindung direkt vorm Haus Richtung Wien- Zentrum.Sehr nette Vermieter, saubere Wohnung, alles Bestens :)
