Konzell is by the Donau-Regen-Radweg (cycling trail), near Fernwanderweg Goldsteig (hiking trail) and the Jakobsweg (trail). The winter sports centre of Sankt Englmar can be reached by car within 15 minutes. The village has a small ski lift and a ice-skating rink for children. Trips to Regensburg, Passau, Plzeň are popular
Freibad Haibach and Regen can be reached within half an hour on the Donau-Regen-Radweg.
