Cancellation policy
Our general cancellation policy follows the guidelines of the Austrian Hotel Association. In the unfortunate event of a health-related cancellation, which is never hoped for, it is always beneficial to have travel cancellation insurance, which can simplify the process of resolving a cancellation due to illness. Below is a brief excerpt from the ÖHVB guidelines:
No cancellation fees up to 3 months before the start of the holiday;
40% of the total arrangement price up to 1 month before the arrival date;
70% of the total arrangement price up to 1 week before the arrival date;
90% of the total arrangement price in the last week before the arrival date.

Getting there
Coming from Germany, take the Seeboden / Millstättersee motorway exit - at the traffic light turn left towards Seeboden - continue through Seeboden - soon you will see Lake Millstättersee on your right hand side. Drive along the lake through Millstatt and Pesenthein - after about 10 minutes, you will reach Dellach. After the bus stop, turn left towards Sappl - after 100 meters, right after the first left curve, you will find our house Sonnleitn on the left side. Welcome!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Total sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders toll war, dass überall Fliegengitter waren.

Wir waren mit unserer Hündin 10Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung war wunderschön mit einem wunderschönen Ausblich auf dem Millstätter See. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und bei Fragen immer erreichbar bzw. hilfsbereit. Über die Umgebung brauche ich nicht viel zu sagen...einfach, wie immer, wunderschön. Wenn es wieder passt kommen wir gerne wieder!
