1. If the reservation has been made and cancelled by December 31, 2023, the deposit will be transferred for the next booking in our house within the next 2 years
2. If the reservation is cancelled or changed after January 1st, 2024, there will be no refund
3. There will be no refund for a no-show, late check-in or early check-out
4. We do advise that you make travel insurance that should cover your cancellation cost if you have a legitimate reason for cancellation

Holiday destination
Mandre is a tourist place that is, if you ask me, the most beautiful in the off season. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the small town, listening to the sounds of the sea, without the constant traffic noise.
The sea temperature and the weather are sometimes even more pleasant than in the summer time. There are no traffic jam and big crowds and there is always something that you can do or visit.
Getting there
Arrival and departure can be any day of the week. We live on the ground floor of the house so we will always welcome you and be at your service non stop.
Check in is after 3 p.m. and check out is before 10 a.m.

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie es im Portal beschrieben ist. Sehr geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden was man sich nur wünscht im Urlaub. wir kommen gerne wieder. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und jeder Zeit erreichbar, Wohnung sehr sauber.

Ein ideal gelegenes, sehr schönes Apartmenthaus mit überkomplett ausgestatteten Einheiten. Alles funktioniert, die Möbel sehr ansprechend, alles sauber und ein herrlicher Blick von den frontseitigen großen Terrassen auf das Meer. Umsichtige und sehr freundliche Eigentümerin. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt wie in diesem Haus.
