No other landscape on the continent is arrested yet so with the old keltic magic world. "King" Artus and call around only the best known ones, "Tristan and Isolde". The picturesque Quimperlé, half-timbered houses, the church Sainte-Croix from the 12th century and -- approx. 4 km from Kerlarec.
Holiday destination
Kerlarec, that is at the end of the world, which is the actual meaning of the name Finistère, this western part of Brittany, in that you will spend your vacation. Equivalent adjacent the gulf of Morbihan, the "little sea", with its bays and beaches. Numerous small and large islands form here build a world for itself.
Getting there
Coming from Lorient on the N165 towards Brest. Exit Quimperlé / Redene on the D765 direction Quimperlé. At the 1st traffic light turn right onto the D22 in Quimperlé. After ca.4km on the left.

Gerhard Pohl und seine Idylle in Kerlarec stehen für Ruhe und Entspannung, Strandspaziergänge und Ferienwohnungen in naturnaher Umgebung. Aber auch das WLAN funktioniert super und wer wie wir zwischendurch einen Shopping-Bummel braucht - das mittelalterliche Quimper mit seinen vielen kleinen Geschäften ist schnell zu erreichen. Als Geschichts- und Kunstinteressierte hatten wir die Qual der Wahl: die beeindruckenden Steinzeit-Monumente in Carnac und an vielen anderen Orten in der Umgebung, das Mittelalter in Auray und Concarneau, das Künstlerstädtchen Pont-Aven und auf unserer gemächlichen Rückreise die Schlösser an der Loire. Wir waren mit unserer Urlaubswahl rundum zufrieden - daran haben auch vereinzelte Regenschauern nichts geändert.

Wer die Stille und Abgeschiedenheit liebt und ca. 20 km Distanz zu schönen Stränden nicht scheut, ist hier genau richtig! Gerhard Pohl hat mit viel Liebe zum Detail einen traumhaften Naturgarten angelegt, in dem vielfältige Pflanzen gedeihen. Die alten Gebäude weisen einen ganz eigenen Charme auf, der einen schnell gefangen nimmt und den Trubel des Alltags vergessen lässt. Ins beschauliche Quimperlé sind es nur ca. 4 km, lohnend ist in jedem Fall ein Ausflug nach Vannes und den Golf de Mobihan (ca. 60km). Alles in allem unbedingt zu empfehlen.
