Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated without a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contracting party.
Outside of this period, withdrawal by a unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price;
- up to 1 week before the arrival date 70% of the total arrangement price;
- in the last week before the arrival date 90% of the total arrangement price.

The Zillertal Arena is situated at an altitude of 1600-2500 meters and, with its 165 kilometers of slopes and 51 lifts, it is the largest interconnected ski area in the Zillertal. From fun parks with halfpipes for snowboarders to miles of deep-snow slopes and four permanent racing tracks, to bunny hills for our beginners, the Zillertal Arena fulfills every wish. A very popular and worthwhile excursion destination are the Krimml Waterfalls, with a drop height of 380 meters.

Ein absolutes Traumhaus, es fehlt an nichts und die Lage ist unschlagbar.
Wir haben einen sehr netten Empfang gehabt und es wurden alle Fragen unserseits beantwortet. Vielen Dank nochmals an Familie Lang, das Sie uns mit unseren 3 Hunden aufgenommen hat und wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Wir waren letzte Woche jetzt zum ersten Mal in Silberleiten zum Urlaub. Mit Kleinkind und Hund, es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Anreise klappte dank der genauen Beschreibung perfekt und mit den Karten für die Tür ist man sehr unabhängig was die Anreisezeit angeht. Die Wohnung war super und top ausgestattet. Die Tiefgarage ist super nur wenn es voll ist muss man ein wenig aufpassen wegen den begrenzten Platzverhältnissen. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum und alles ist schnell erreichbar. Den Brötchenservice kann ich nur empfehlen und hat super geklappt. Einfach online bestellen und jeden Morgen gab es die Brötchen frisch an die Tür. Ebenso ist es sehr sauber gewesen und es hat uns an nix gefehlt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.
