We loved the house. The pool is great and located on the sunny side. House is spacious and gives a nice Florida summer feeling. The (very) high ceiling in the living room makes the house also somewhat cooler and luxurious. Would definitely recommend this house to anybody vising SW Florida.

We were with a family of 4 and really enjoyed Villa Captiva. The house is conveniently located close to the main shopping center of Cape Coral. As the swimmingpool and garden are facing southwards we had a lot of sun and were able to enjoy the (for Florida standards quite large) swimming pool. The house was clean and nicely 'florida colourful'. We would recommend the house to anybody who wants to relax and live the Florida lifestyle!
