Holiday destination
The ideal starting point for hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, or skiing in the winter. As a partner of Sommerwelt, our guests enjoy free admission to the adventure outdoor pools in Hippach and Mayrhofen.
The ski bus stops right outside our house. We also have a distillery on our farm where you are welcome to taste our high-quality spirits.
Getting there
The recommended route is via Munich. After that, take the motorway towards Salzburg/Innsbruck and before Rosenheim, head towards Innsbruck.
You cross the border at the Kufstein crossing and stay on the Inntal motorway towards Innsbruck until the Zillertal exit. Then follow the Zillertal federal road No. B 169 towards Mayrhofen until you reach Hippach.
Once in Hippach, pass the Shell petrol station (on your left) and turn right at the traffic lights. 100 meters after the bridge, turn right again, towards Zillertaler Höhenstrasse.
After about 1 km, you will see a farmhouse on the right side with the sign "Ferienhaus Spitaler" - you've arrived!

wir 3 Mädels aus Oberfranken waren begeistert von der super schönen Wohnung von Angelika und Markus.
Vor allem auch von der Herzlichkeit die uns entgegen gebracht wurde.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung Nr. 3 verbracht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war traumhaft, genauso wie die Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Diverse Wanderwege beginnen fast vor der Haustür, so dass wir das Auto stehen lassen konnten. Highlight war die Schnapsverkostung in der privaten Brennerei der Fam. Spitaler. Wir bedanken uns für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.
