    Koh Samui is the third-largest island in Thailand with 250 sq km and 40,000 inhabitants and is located in the Gulf of Thailand, about 1 hour (700 km) south of Bangkok. Koh Samui enchants visitors with its wooded hills, bizarre rock formations with waterfalls, millions of coconut palms, secluded bays, and last but not least, the vibrant towns of Lamai and Chaweng with their restaurants, bars, discos and shops. And yet there many quiet "corners" for everyone.
    Getting there
    The best way is by plane via Bangkok, Phuket, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Penang or Hong Kong. From there continue with Bangkokairways.com or from Kuala Lumpur with Berjaya Air and from Penang with firefly.com Arrival by car ferry from Suratthani also possible, or by express ferry from Chumphon

    Wir haben 11 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Die Lage und die Aussicht des Hauses ist einfach genial. Man kann den Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergang betrachten. Die Betreuung von Frau Bum war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Durch die ruhige Lage war es sehr schön dass wir ein Auto hatten. An dieser Villa ist einfach alles super. Wir haben es genossen jeden Tag in dem tollen Pool zu schwimmen und zu relaxen. Wir können diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

    Had a wonderful stay in Baan Lom Talay: super views, big garden , all fenced in, nice pool, very fast internet and comfy beds. Wish we could have stayed for longer. Sure next time. German owners, very friendly.
