If you cannot make the trip, we retain the deposit as a cancellation and processing fee. Notice must be given 4 week days prior to your planned arrival.
For cancellations 2 to 4 weeks prior to arrival we charge 50% of the rental price.
For cancellations 0 to 2 weeks prior to arrival we charge 75% of the rental price.

Holiday destination
Crete has maintained its original character without mass tourism in the south. Experience the fantastic mountain landscape of Crete on the drive to the fishing village Kastri / Keratokampos as well as the beautiful view of the Libyan Sea.
Kilometres of hardly populated sand and gravel beaches begin right in the village and can be easily reached on foot. The deserted coves in the immediate vicinity are just a few minutes away by car.
There are a few small small shops for daily needs. More shopping, doctors, chemists, banks and super markets can be found in the cities of Ano Vianos (9 km), Arkalohori (17 km) or Ierapetra (40 km).
In Keratokampos there are a few original tavernas where you can get typical Greek food that is really good and affordable. The tavernas are located right by the sea. You can hear the surf and rolling of the stones in the water right at your feet here - pure relaxation.
Getting there
It's best to take a flight to Heraklion and take a rental car from there.
The drive time to the house from the airport is a good hour.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an, in dem Haus und in dem Ort, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse ,mit dem Blick auf das Meer, ist einfach unbeschreiblich.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert.
Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.
