Up to 30 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount.
Within 14 days before arrival or later: 100% of the total amount.
It is advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover financial risks.
If the tenant/user fails to check in within 24 hours after the scheduled time without prior notice, it is considered a cancellation, and Kooparc reserves the right to charge the full amount.
