Cancellation policy
Each booking is confirmed with a booking confirmation. Additionally, you will receive an invoice for the rent and additional costs. A deposit of 50% of this invoice amount is due. The remaining amount must be paid at least two weeks before the start of the rental period. For bookings made within two weeks before the start of the rental period, the total amount must be transferred in one go.
1. For cancellations up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the rental fee;
2. For cancellations between the 60th and the 29th day before arrival: 75% of the rental fee;
3. For cancellations from the 29th day before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.

Holiday destination
The chalet is located in Noordwijk, a seaside resort in the Dutch province of South Holland, surrounded by great nature and centrally situated between major cities like The Hague, Leiden, Haarlem, and Amsterdam. Close to the beach and in the heart of the Duin- en Bollenstreek region. The Bollenstreek, the area around Noordwijk, is world-famous for its numerous colorful flower fields. Noordwijk, as its vibrant center, features as its greatest attraction a beautiful 13 km long sandy beach.
