Cancellation policy
Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 28 days before check-in. If there are fewer than 28 days but at least 14 days remaining until check-in, 50% of the booking amount must be paid. If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, 100% of the booking amount will be charged. The deposit is excluded from this policy. The date of receipt of your cancellation notice applies. You may provide replacement persons who will enter into your contract under the stated conditions. Written notification is sufficient. Late arrival or early departure does not entitle you to a refund or discount on the agreed price.
