Our house is located in Fuskulin, a small suburb of Porec (about 2.5 km to the sea).
Swimming pool 8 x 4 m will be completed by the 2024 season.
The apartment is on the ground floor (suitable for 2 - 3 people) with a private entrance, large terrace (25 m²) with sea view, air conditioning.
The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for self-catering.
In the living area, there is an extra sofa bed, and the separate bedroom has a double bed.

For your car (normal passenger car), there is a parking space within our enclosed property.

In Porec, there are several large supermarkets (including Lidl and Kaufland, which offer almost the same range of products as in Germany). There is also a small supermarket in the town.
In the surrounding area, excellent national and international dishes are offered at reasonable prices. We are happy to tell you where the best flavors are.
You can reach the most beautiful swimming spots within a few minutes by car. Istria has been awarded the Blue Flag for best water quality. Shady parking spots right by the sea.
