Fast alle Matratzen waren schmutzig, behaart, nicht sauber, Urinflecken (oder andere??). Das Haus schien überhaupt nicht sauber zu sein. Nach Meldung an der Rezeption erhielten wir neue Matratzenbezüge und eine neue Matratze. Am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts fiel die Heizung aus (0 Grad draußen) und das Warmwasser funktionierte nicht.
