Das Haus ist wunderschön, geräumig und komplett ausgestattet.
Allerdings hatte die Vordertür oben einen großen Zugluftspalt, der vom technischen Dienst sauber behoben wurde.
Die Reinigung ist sehr schlecht, vom Fensterputzen haben sie noch nie gehört.
Dann fallen noch jede Menge Extrakosten an, zum Beispiel: Wenn Sie Ihr gewünschtes Haus 39,- € reservieren, kostet es nicht, wenn Sie um 16 Uhr, sondern um 13 Uhr ankommen, 35,-- €, obwohl Sie für diesen Tag bereits bezahlt haben.

Wir sind innerhalb von 48 Stunden abgereist, weil erstens das Haus auch mit einer selbst gekauften Klimaanlage nicht gekühlt werden konnte. Das Haus war auch sehr schmutzig. Ich glaube, es wurde nach dem vorherigen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt. Wir waren dort mit einem Baby, das wegen der extremen Hitze, manchmal sogar über 30 Grad, krank wurde. Selbst mit einer notgedrungen gekauften Klimaanlage ist die Temperatur nicht unter 27 gefallen. Eine unverantwortliche Situation. Worüber ich mich bis zu 2 Mal im Park beschwert habe. Ich bin erstaunt, dass die Bauqualität der Häuser so minderwertig ist, dass man bei einer Außentemperatur von 18 Grad eine Innentemperatur von 27 Grad hat, selbst bei geschlossenen Vorhängen und eingeschalteter Klimaanlage. Das ist geradezu lächerlich.Auffallend war auch, dass alle vom Park angegebenen Einrichtungen wie Restaurant, Schwimmbad etc. geschlossen waren, die Rezeption war auch für eine dritte Beschwerde nicht geöffnet. All dies hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir unseren Urlaub verkürzt haben. Ein wertloser Park, kein Service und geradezu minderwertige Qualität des Hauses. Reiner Betrug.
