Sehr abgewohnte Unterkunft, muffig und unangenehm, viel Schimmel.
Das Reinigungspersonal hat aber tolle Arbeit geleistet.
Bei Belville haben wir 100,- EUR zu viel bezahlt. Hätten wir direkt über EuroParcs gebucht hätten wir statt 450,- EUR nur 350,- gezahlt.

Das Haus hatte sehr viele Ameisen die über Tisch und Zimmer und in Bad um gelaufen sind wir hatten es sehr oft es gemeldet wir hatten schimmel in Bad gehabt was auch nicht beseitigt wurde trost mehr Faches bescheid sagen und und und das ist einiges von viele sachen die uns sehr gestört hat wir sind am überlegen ob wir überhaupt noch mal über euch buchen weil das was ich bezahlt habe ist für mich sehr viel geld gewesen wir haben auch für eine person bezahlt die nur 5 tage da war weil sie Asthma hat und das mit den schimmel geht nicht deswegen überlegen wir ob wir nächstes jahr woanders hin fahren und über eine andere firma buchen tun weil ich habe es auch bei euch gemeldet und ein anderes haus haben wir auch nicht bekommen und beim Frühstück laufen dir die Ameisen über das Brötchen und in den essen das geht nicht es ist ekelig gewesen und keine Endschuldigung oder eine entschädigung bekommen ich muss für das was ich bezahlt habe sehr viel und sehr lange arbeiten.
