Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 28 days before arrival.
For cancellations between 28 and 14 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price.
For cancellations within 14 days of arrival or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
If we are able to rent out the accommodation fully or partially after your cancellation, we will of course refund the corresponding amount.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events.

Getting there
Our guests have a private entrance at the back of the property, ensuring full privacy. The gate to the garden can be conveniently opened using a key safe. You will receive the code for the key safe no later than 24 hours before arrival, allowing you to check in flexibly – whenever it suits you best.

Host informationHello! My name is Sake Verpalen, I’m 50 years old and work as a building contractor. Together with my wife Rebecca (44) and our two daughters (16 and 18), I live in the old farmhouse on the same property where the small holiday cottage is located.
