Our house is located at the foot of the Rosenkogel.
Here, you have a magnificent view of the West Styrian Schilcher Wine Route and the Stainz Basin.
A vast hiking area extends in the nearby surroundings.
Markt Stainz / Schloß Stainz - a former Augustinian Canons' monastery approximately 5 km away
Numerous traditional wine taverns and inns can be found in the vicinity.
Nearby: swimming pond 2 km, public outdoor pool Stainz 5 km, or even better, the natural swimming pool Bad Gams 8 km, Schwarzl Leisure Centre 20 km (near Graz)

From Vienna: take the A2 Southern Motorway past Graz towards Klagenfurt (exit Lieboch near XXX-Lutz); continue on the B76 towards Deutschlandsberg
From Salzburg: take the Pyhrn Motorway (junction Knoten Graz-West), towards Carinthia/Klagenfurt; also via the A2 (exit Lieboch)
B 76 towards Deutschlandsberg/Eibiswald, after about 10 km take the Stainz exit (Stainz Castle can already be seen), turn right before the gas station at the Stainz exit, then immediately turn left,
In the village, turn right after the Raiffeisenbank towards Marhof...
...now follow the road...
...after 2.5 km you will come to...the district...
Wald bei Stainz...keep going straight...after the fire department DO NOT turn left towards Sierling...keep going straight
Continue straight until you see the Marhof sign...keep going...
Through Marhof towards Marhofberg...past the small gas station...
...400m straight ahead (after the sawmill)...at the crossroads...turn left towards Rachling/Absetzwirt...
.....after about 800m through the forest, there will be a right-hand bend...
(the house can already be seen, with a large stone in the driveway...Sierling 98...on the right above)
At this right-hand bend...
...after the sign for Freilandeier...immediately turn left at the next driveway to the chapel... steep uphill...
The house is already visible at the top...

Super Luxuswohnung in der alles vorhanden war, was man für einen wunderschönen Urlaub benötigt.
Der Gastgeber steht einem jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Es war die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir bis jetzt hatten.
Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick nach Stainz und zum Schloss.
Die Stadt Stainz ist sehr sehenswert und ein Ausflug nach Graz ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl. Hier gibt es ein schönes Zuhause auf Zeit. Es war alles da was man braucht. Tolle Aussicht und Luxus Bad. Großer Wohn und Essbereich mit Küche. Einfach schön und sehr modern.
