Holiday destination
Let the stunning location of our house enchant you. The house is situated on Selva's sunny side, in a very quiet location. You only have to walk a few step to reach the first ski lifts, a ski rental service and the village centre. Our location is convenient for getting to the famous Sella Ronda and Gardena Ronda as well as for beautiful mountain hikes in the Puez-Odles Nature Park. Shops, the church and various infrastructures are in the immediate vicinity. The ice stadium and bus stops are within walking distance. You can leave your car behind.
Getting there
By car: The best route to Selva is via the Brenner motorway. By train: Germany, Austria and the Netherlands offer excellent IC and EC train connections. You'll ride via Munich, Innsbruck, Brenner to Brixen or Bolzano. From Brixen or Bolzano, buses depart to Selva several times a day. By plane: The nearest airports are: (I) Bolzano Airport: 36 km (I) Verona-Villafrance Airport: 190 km (I) Milano Airport: 400 km (A) Innsbruck Airport: 120 km (D) Munich Airport: 300 km We wish you a pleasant journey!

Super Lage zu den Pisten, gerade auch mit kleineren Kindern zum Laufen. Das Auto kann die ganze Woche stehen bleiben. Auch zur LanglaufLoipe (klassisch und Skating) - grandiose Aussicht! - ist es nicht weit. Herzliche Begrüßung (inklusive eines Kuchens) und unkomplizierte, sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Für jeden Bergfex hat sie, ob Sommer oder Winter, bei perfekter Ortskenntnis einen Tipp auf Lager. Die Küche der Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, die Zimmer und Bäder allen Bedürfnissen für einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub entsprechend. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder mit einer größeren Gruppe reisen (sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder)!

Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in top Lage mit allem was man braucht zum Urlauben! Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hat für jeden, der es will, einen Tipp parat! Die Wohnung ist groß. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein Traum!
