Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy according to ÖHVB
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation without a cancellation fee:
Up to three months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, both contracting parties, i.e., both the guest and the accommodation provider, can terminate the accommodation contract without paying a cancellation fee.
Please note: The cancellation declaration must be received by the contracting party within the deadline.
If the guest does not arrive by 6:00 PM on the agreed arrival date and no later arrival time has been arranged, the accommodation provider has the right to withdraw from the contract. However, if the guest has made a deposit, the room must be reserved until at least 12:00 PM the following day.
Cancellation with a cancellation fee:
Both contracting parties can withdraw from the contract up to one month before the agreed arrival date of the guest. In this case, however, a cancellation fee amounting to the room price for three days must be paid.
Please note: Here too, the cancellation declaration must be received by the contracting party within the deadline.
Even if the guest does not make use of the ordered rooms or the pension services, he is still obliged to pay the fee. The accommodation provider must deduct what he has saved by not providing the service (usually 20% of the room price and 30% of the pension price) or what he has received by re-letting the room.
Please note: There is an obligation to mitigate damages. The accommodation provider must make an effort to re-let the rooms that were not used.
Jurisdiction:
The court that is materially and locally competent for the accommodation provider shall decide on legal disputes.
Exception: If the guest has his place of employment or residence in Austria, the courts responsible for these places must be called upon.

Getting there
Travel on the A1 towards Salzburg until the St. Georgen im Attergau exit. There, take the exit and follow the signs towards Nussdorf am Attersee. Leave the town center behind you on the Attersee federal road for about 1.5 km until you see a sign on the right for Panoramagasthof Schönberger - we are right next to it.

Host informationFor 50 years we have been renting out, and we do it with great pleasure. Many things have changed in and around the house. The standards have been updated to today's expectations. However, we want to continue embracing the simple lifestyle. I am an ethnologist, my son is an enthusiastic athlete, and my parents are enjoying their well-deserved retirement.

Das alte, liebevoll gestaltete, helle und gepflegte Haus in unmittelbarer Seenähe mit dem dazugehörigen offenen Grundstück, den idyllischen Sitzplätzen und der ausgesprochen sympathischen ,sehr aufgeschlossenen Gastgeberin eroberte im Sturm unser Herz. Auf der Suche nach einer hellen,freundlichen und individuell eingerichteten Ferienwohnung haben wir mit der Ferienwohnung " Blaumachen" ins Schwarze getroffen : liebevoll eingerichtet wurde Altes mit Neuem geschmackvoll kombiniert und wohlüberlegt ausgestattet mit den wichtigsten Accessoires. Als Zugabe finden sich überall in den Wohnungen und im Haus Arbeiten der Künstlerin Gundi Falk. Uns hat das sehr angesprochen. Für ihre offene Art und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft vergeben wir der Gastgeberin und ihrer Schwester gern einen 6. Punkt. Danke.

Das Haus liegt oberhalb des Attersees, 5 Minuten Fußweg über eine Wiese zu einer schönen Badestelle. Vom Haus aus hat man viele Möglichkeiten zu Unternehmungen. Egal ob Wandern oder Besichtigungen von hübschen Ortschaften, alles ist schnell umzusetzen.
Das Haus und der große Garten strahen insgesamt eine freundliche und einladende Atmosphäre aus.
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liebevoll gestaltet. Der Blick auf den See ist traumhaft schön. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit dieser Aussicht ist ein Genuss. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut durchdacht und zweckmäßig. So gibt es sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine.
Die Gastgeberin ist jederezeit ansprechbar und gibt gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants.
In der Umgebung gibt es viele hervorragende Gaststätten mit regionaler Küche.
