Cancellation policy
Payment Terms:
A 30% deposit amounting to € 1413 is required to confirm the booking and must be paid within 7 days of receiving this contract.
The remaining balance € 3297 is due 60 days before the Check-in date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made after booking and up to 61 days before arrival: Amounts paid are non-refundable and will be retained as a penalty.
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival or no-shows: 100% of the total rental fee is non-refundable and will be retained as a penalty.
Early departures: 100% of the total rental fee will be retained as a penalty.
Date changes: Date changes are subject to the cancellation policy. Amounts paid will not be transferred to new dates.
Other circumstances: The regular cancellation policy applies to cancellations due to fear of travel, personal travel prohibitions, illness, mandatory quarantine, vacation changes, job loss, or cancellation of an event deemed subjectively important.
