Holiday destination
Our house is located on the edge of the village of Schlitters, yet only a 5-minute walk to the town center. A football and tennis court, as well as a beautiful natural swimming lake and a newly constructed large children's playground, are only about 5 minutes away from us.
The Zillertal cycle path passes by our house. Our terrace borders green meadows. There are also plenty of hiking opportunities, whether uphill or on level ground.
Very convenient location for our skiers. Only 3 km to the nearest lift station - Spieljoch. Hochfügen and Hochzillertal

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Wohnung von Familie Haidacher verbracht. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir sind zu sechst angereist und haben die Wohnung genau wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz und Stauraum.
In 10 min Fußweg ist der Bahnhof erreicht und die Zillertalbahn ist dadurch eine echte Alternative zum Auto.

früher einmal bei den Haidachers. Als langjährige Stammgäste waren wir auch 2023/24 mit 8 Personen wieder eine Woche bei der Familie Haidacher. Wir verlängerten immer gleich den Aufenthalt für das Folgejahr. Kaum in der Ferienwohnung angekommen wurden wir mit einer Mieterhöhung in Höhe von ca. 71% konfrontiert. In der Kommunikation mit Frau Haidacher im Vorfeld unseres Urlaubs wurde diese enorme Preiserhöhung jedoch nie erwähnt und uns vor Ort als Überraschung präsentiert. Auch der Zustand der Souterrainwohnung wurde über Jahre nicht verbessert: Löcher in der Bettwäsche, durchgelegene Matratzen und Hundehaare des Vormieters müssten zunächst einmal beseitigt werden, bevor die Preise massiv angehoben werden. Schade, aber wir verbringen unseren nächsten Silvesterurlaub woanders günstiger.
