The apartment Type M plus (5 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms) is stylishly furnished and accommodates 5+2 people. The apartment also features a fitted kitchen (with a 4-burner stove and refrigerator), satellite TV, air conditioning, a table, 10 chairs, a sofa bed, and a large furnished terrace/balcony.
The large garden is available for communal use.
Bed linen and towels are included in the service. On request, baby equipment (baby cot, high chair, and sun umbrella for the beach) can be arranged.

Within walking distance, you can easily reach 3 restaurants, a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable seller, a butcher, a bakery, and a tobacconist. Just 450 meters to the sandy beach, which stretches for almost 15 km to the east.
To the west, you can also find rocky coastlines (ideal for snorkeling and diving). All shops, restaurants, banks, and the pharmacy are open all year round. The supermarkets also open on Sunday mornings.

Upon booking, we request a deposit of 30%. The balance is due upon arrival (in cash, by debit or credit card: Visa or Mastercard) - unless the trip is cancelled.
In this case, the following conditions apply:
Free cancellation up to 35 days before the arrival date, from the 34th to the 22nd day before the arrival date, the 30% deposit of the rental price is retained (i.e., the deposit made is not refunded), from the 21st to the 8th day before the arrival date, an additional 20% of the rental price is charged (i.e., a total of 50%).
In case of later cancellation or no-show or early departure, the total rental fee (= 100%) and the payment for all services used are required.
