The cancellation should, in your interest and for evidence preservation reasons, always be made in writing. The renter is obligated to pay compensation as follows:
50% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs between 42 days and one month before the start of the rental period.
100% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs less than four weeks before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und kommen für die nächste Buchung wieder gerne auf Frau Ziegler zurück.
