Wood is part of our family tradition. The family business is an established sawmill, and my brother has
continued this tradition with his creative carpentry work. This passion for turning modern design into a living dream with a love
for detail and a lot of handcrafted work is palpable in every room of our apartments.
Solid wood doors and reclaimed wood elements, combined with modern fitted kitchens and cozy seating areas invite you
to enjoy your stay to the fullest and spend relaxing holiday days with friends or family.
Central location with parking directly at the house:
You drive into the beautiful Paznaun Valley and find the Apart Montagna between See and Kappl in the hamlet of Holdernach directly at
the main road behind a small chapel. But don't worry: In our apartments, you won't hear anything from the nearby
road. Modern windows keep noise from entering your oasis of well-being.
The bus stop is just a 1-minute walk from the house. The free ski bus service takes you in just a few minutes
to the valley station of the magnificent ski area Kappl. With the ski bus, you can also reach all other places in Paznaun (See, Ischgl, Galtür).
By car, it's about a 7-minute drive to the valley station in Kappl or to the valley station in See.
It takes approximately 15 minutes to reach Ischgl.
