There is a small balcony that faces the street and offers partial mountain views. The building has an elevator and a basement. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, as well as a central room for skis and ski boots. The room can be accessed with the central key on the keyring; the other key is the apartment key. There are parking spaces in front of the house that are not assigned to specific apartments. You can also park on the opposite side of the street. The trash bins are located to the right of the building, down the ramp in the right corner.
