Apartment in the Parco Magliano area, 200m from the sea. In a small quiet street with no traffic. To reach the sea you cross the green park of Magliano. The beaches are sandy and there are both private beach establishments and a large free beach. The area is ideal with children for the sandy beach but also for the many playgrounds within walking distance of the apartment. Various shops are at 500m.

After booking we will send you detailed information about the arrival.
CHECK-IN
Key handover on arrival Saturdays between 16.00 and 19.30.
On Sundays we are open from 10.00 to 12.00.
Surcharge for other arrival times:
ARRIVAL IN THE EVENING:
- 20.00 - 21.00: 25€
- 21.00 - 23.00: 50€
Arrival after 23.00 is not possible.
CHECK-OUT
Return of the keys must be before 9.00 am.
