One parking space is included per apartment, and a wallbox for electric vehicles is also available. In front of the apartment, there is also a lockable bicycle garage with a power connection for e-bikes.
Children under 3 years stay free of charge. Upon request, we provide children's furniture (cot, high chair) free of charge.
