Cancellation policy
In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
Between 29 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
Between 13 and 1 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at info@solorplus.com.
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.

Holiday destination
Trget is a tiny fishing village, at the estuary of river Rasa. There are few family houses in Trget (no hotels!), lots of small boats and sailing boats anchored, and two restaurants and a small grocery shop.
In the small harbour of Trget, you can sunbathe on the pebble beaches, and dive into the sea.
You have many reasons to visit Istria any time of the year! Istria is a treasure trove of diversity, rich in natural beauty and picturesque coastline with numerous bays and clean beaches in the coastal area, and extra- temporal towns on hilltops in the countryside.
Istria has beautiful cities where the tourist offer is based on the natural beauty, historical sites and cultural events. Labin, Pula, Motovun, Porec, Rovinj and Opatija are some of the most beautiful cities in the area. Visit them!
In Istria you can go to water parks and take part in different adventure activities for children and adults. You may wish to rent a boat and head to the nearby hidden coves, or you can experience the thrill of cruising to the nearby islands whilst enjoying a tasty fish meal. You may also enjoy a trip to the green countryside of Istria and visit medieval towns, attend local events or pay a visit to local restaurants. Possibilities are simply endless and it is up to you to choose and let yourself go to the Istrian charms.
Getting there
Guests have access to all parts of the guest house, as well as both their front and back decks.
You have your own private entrance and private parking, and the swimming pool is for your own private use.
No public transportation, so you need your own or rental car for exploring the surroundings.
